We are engaged in producing a wide range of stainless steel filter products fit for use in the various industries such as petrochemical. The firm design is needed to prevent damage in the severe service conditions where the fluids are aggressive, elevated temperatures are experienced or where the service differential pressures are large. In few filtration applications, using traditional polymeric cartridge may be inefficient and using recleanable materials will prove to be economical filtration solution.

The filter elements produced are – Sintered metal fiber and sintered metal mesh. The cylindrical mesh design offers a sleeve of filter medium (made from woven wire mesh) on a support core. The pleated cartridge design utilizes a precision sintered pack on a support core to offer an effective filtration material in a cylindrical shape. In these designs, the filter media and support mesh are TIG welded and media support core and end fittings are TIG welded. This method ensures filter integrity, preventing the risk of leakage and availability of extractables received from the bonding materials. The production technique and materials for service from -238oF to 572oF or -150oC to 300oC and about 367 psi or 25 bar differential pressure in normal flow direction. Elevated service temperatures and various pressures can be handled by the sturdy mesh design.

In double open ended system, internal core supports the position of multiple length shapes onto tie rods. The sintered cartridge style has an external guard security and to permit for back flushing about 44 psi.
