Diverse Concentrations of Nickel and Cobalt in Viscose Rayon Production

The bath process of viscose rayon consists of 8.2% sulphuric acid, about 18% sodium sulphate, about 6.2% zinc sulphate, and about 0.3% nickel sulphate. The spinning of viscose rayon comprises of subjecting the spinning solution in the coagulated bath consisting of 6.5% to 9% sulphuric acid, from 14% to 18% sodium sulphate, from 4% to 8% zinc sulphate, and from 0.1% to 0.5% of a nickel compound and cobalt sulphate to avoid the opposing effects of zinc sulphate.

In the spinning of viscose rayon, it is set into coagulated bath comprises of 6.5% to 12% sulphuric acid, from 14% to 26% sodium sulphate, from 4% to 10% zinc sulphate, and from 0.1% to 1.0% of nickel and cobalt sulphate, decreasing the concentration of massive bath arranged by yarn and stretching into fresh spun yarn by 40%.

In the spinning viscose rayon methods it is subjected into coagulating bath of 5% to 12% sulphuric acid, from 4% to 10% zinc sulphate, from 14% to 26% sodium sulphate, and from 0.1% to 1.0% of nickel sulphate, and stretch the nickel viscose rayon in 50% when the yarn is subjected to stretching in the aqueous heating solution at temperature of 60oC to 100oC.
